Ingredients
450 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 serving Green Giant Chopped Spinach 1 serving Egg white, large 2 tbsp Basil .0625 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
Mix 1 lb. chicken, 1 pckg of frozen chopped spinach (thawed), 1 egg, 2 tbsp basil, 2 tablespoons of almond flour, sprinkle of salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and make small balls with the mixture and place on parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes.
