Low carb cheese cake

6 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .2 oz Tesco Concentrated Lemon Juice (by SLMCMILLEN) 24 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 21 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 17 oz Requeson Cheese (by KG___22)
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Beat eggs and Splenda, add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour in oven dish.
Bake at 375ºF 45 minutes. Once done, leave in oven with door open for 1 hour (prevents cracking).
It can be eaten as soon as it's cool enough but I prefer to refrigerate overnight.
