Ingredients
0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 slice, thin Onions, raw 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
Mix sugar, oil, and vinegar. Sprinkle in some basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss in sliced veggies til well mixed
