Bruce's Potato Salad

Ingredients
64 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular .5 cup Yellow Mustard .5 cup Granulated Sugar 6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 12 serving Eggs - Hard Boiled Whites - 1 Large Egg 20 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Boiled potatoes
Directions
The amounts in the recipe are estimates based on allowable entries. I actually use 5 pounds of potatoes, one bunch of green onions, and a 30 fl. oz jar of Miracle Whip.
Boil potatoes in skins, cool and peel. Hard boil eggs. Cube potatoes and eggs, thinly slice scallions. Mix thoroughly in large bowl.

Combine Miracle Whip, sugar, and mustard in separate bowl. Stir till sugar is fully incorporated. Add mixture to potatoes and stir to coat thoroughly. Chill and serve. May top with a sprinkling of paprika if desired.
