Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tbsp Nutmeg, ground4.0 cup, diced Rhubarb2.5 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Dice rhubarb and place evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar and the cinnamon and nutmeg over the rhubarb. Let sit. Mix the eggs and add sugar and melted butter. Add flour and mix well. Pour over rhubarb and bake at 350 until done. Serving Size: 9×13 pan
