Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
1 can Beans, black 3 Tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1/4 tsp Turmeric, ground 1/4 tsp Cumin seed 1/4 tbsp Chili powder 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Mash black beans in small bowl. Mix in spices and Worcestershire sauce. Add egg and bread crumbs, mixing well. Form into 4 patties. Sear in non-stick skillet and then transfer to pan. Bake 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven.
