Ingredients
6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup0.5 cup walnut flour3.0 tbsp coconut flour0.25 cup golden flax seed meal4.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil0.02 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Salt4.0 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 360 degrees f. Line 8x4 bread pan with parchment paper (bottom only). In large bowl, beat eggs, honey, oil and vinegar together until thoroughly miixed. In seperate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, mix well. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, but do not over stir. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove and let cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan, peel parchment paper off bottom, turn over and let cool and make 28 separate slices. Store in frig for a week or freezer for a few monthsm
