Ingredients
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 6 slice, small (2" x 2-1/2" x 1- Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
beat two eggs nutmeg and cinnamon in a medium sized bowl. dip bread being sure to coat both sides evenly. melt butter in pan over low to medium heat. cook until brown on both sides.
