172 grams Eggplant, fresh 158 grams Zucchini 134 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 102 grams Onions, raw 120 gram(s) Tomate frito Hacendado 500 gram(s) Ground meat beef/pork 102 gram(s) Queso Emmental Hacendado 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt
Stir fry the veggies. Mix ground meat and egg.
Put 1 layer of meat at the bottom of an oven pan, place the veggies on top and add the final layer of meat.
Cover with tomato sauce.
Bake in oven until the meat is done.
Add the cheese and grill.
