Broccolli Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 small Onions, raw 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.33 cup Soy Sauce 60 Corn Starch 13 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 tsp Ginger Powder 4 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value 1 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
1. Mix 2 tbsp corn starch and in 2 tsp garlic powder in 1 cup water.
2. Cut the chicken in strips and bather the meat in the corn starch/water mix.
2. Fry the chicken strips in 1 tbsp Oil until done (not dry) - Reserve
3. Cut the onion in strips too and fry it in 1tbsp Oil. Ad the broccoli and fry it with te onions for 10 minutes
3. Mix The ginger powder and the rest of the starch in 1/3 cup Soy Sauce.
4. Pour the mixture into the broccoli/Chicken and fry them all together this time for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 1-cup servings
