16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 serving Knox Gelatin (1 envelope) (by WOMYN42) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 24 tsp Stevia in the Raw (baking -cup for cup)1 tsp/serving (by MYUTMOST4HIM) 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Combine sugar and gelatin, add boiling water, stir until all is dissolved.
Beat cream cheese and vanilla in bowl until creamy. Add wet ingredients gradually until blended. Pour in small cheesecake pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 6 pieces and serve with fruit topping or whip cream.
