40 minute buns

Ingredients
1 ounce Yeast, bakers 3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 42 grams Granulated Sugar 3 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Salt 1cup plus 2tbs water
Directions
add yeast to warm water, sugar, oil mix let stand 5 minutes
add, egg, salt and flour, mix 3 - 5 minutes
divide into equal pieces and let rise for 10 -15 min
bake at 425 for 10 - 12 min.
i also brush with egg before baking
