Ingredients
2 tbsp Coconut Flour (Bob Red Mill) - 2Tbs (14g) (by KODAKINS) 0.25 cup Trader Joe's Coconut Cream, extra thick & rich 14 fl oz can (by JENNYROBOT) 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground 1 tbsp Butter, salted .10 cup Great Value Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup
Directions
mix dry ingredients in bowl. add eggs, water and coconut cream to dry mix. May add cinnamon or vanilla for sweet taste. add no more than 1 tbsp of sf syrup for that maple taste. Heat butter and oil in pan, bake or fry until done on one side- flip and cook other side. Remove from heat and serve.
