Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 fl oz Orange Juice1.0 tsp Powdered Sugar1.0 tbsp Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese0.13 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup2.0 serving Pepperidge Farm - Bread - 7 grain light style - 1 slice
Directions
Combine egg, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon Orange Juice, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a shallow dish. Dip 2 slices whole grain bread in the egg mixture, then cook on nonstick skillet until booths sides are crispy. Combine 1 tablespoon OJ, 1 tablespoon cream cheese (non-fat can be used to save calories) and 1 teaspoon powdered sugar and spread on the slices of French Toast and enjoy. You can also top with 1 cup of raspberries (not included in calorie count) Serving Size: 1 serving
