1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 8 tsp Born sweet zing (by MARI0215) .75 cup Blueberries, fresh
Directions
in mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt. Make a well in the center and then add egg, milk and oil. Stir until moistened and then stir in blueberries. Lightly grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake in 400 degree oven about 20 minutes or till golden brown. Makes 10-12
