Ingredients
1 cup Alfalfa sprouts 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 tbsp mint leave 1 oz cabbage red / purple 1 serving Onion, White/Red, Fresh (1 Slice- Small) 1 serving Egg, Large Soft - Boiled 0.50 cup cucumbers, with peel, raw 1 serving Tomato slices (1) 1 serving avacado - 6 thin slices 2 cup Fresh Express Leafy Green Romaine 0.5 cup yogurt - plain HALAL (by SPICKARD2)
Directions
Toast the sourdough slices (2) on each side
Then pack the ingredients onto the slices
Spread yogurt onto each slice for tangy flavor
