White Bean and Kale Soup

0.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw4.0 cup, chopped Kale0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm)3.0 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
Directions
Saute carrots, onion and kale in oil 3-5 mins. Drain and rinse canned beans. Add broth, chicken and beans to sauted veg. Cover and simmer 5-10 mins or until vegetables are tender. Serving Size: 1c
