Michelle's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oat flour1 cup whole grain wheat flour1/4 cup granulate sugar1/4 cup packed light brown sugar3 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground nutmeg3 Tbls canola oil1/3 cup 1% lowfat milk1 jumbo egg1 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of a 8 or 9-inch loaf pan. Mix all ingredients together and then beat for 30 seconds. Pour into pan and bake in center of oven for 60 minutes, or until a pick, inserted in the middle, comes out clean.
