Whole Wheat-Oat Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Uncooked quick rolled oats1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour1/3 cup packed brown sugar3 tsp Baking powder1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp salt1 cup 2% milk1 medium mashed banana2 tbsp vegetable oil1/4 cup egg substitute
Directions
Makes 12 muffins
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Oil spray or paper line muffin tins

In lg bowl mix oats,flour, sugar, powder, ginger, cinnamon & salt.
In small bowl, stir together milk, banana, oil & egg substitute, until blended. Add liquids to dry with walnuts and stir till just blended (about 20 strokes).
Spoon batter into tin. Bake 15 to 20 mins
