Mexican Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
386 grams Pork, fresh, ground, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Salt 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce 1.2 cup Beans, red kidney 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Cut tops off peppers, clean inside and bake for 15 minutes @ 350.

Brown the pork add onions, then salt, pepper and garlic. Add chopped pepper tops, tomatoes kidney beans and sauce. Cook and then stuff peppers add cheese and bake for 15 minutes @ 350
