0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground3.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar2.0 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular, Original (Soft), 1 Tbsp 16.0 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)
Cook carrots in a saucepan with one cup of water, covered until boiling. Turn down and continue cooking until carrots are tender crisp. Drain and return to pan. Stir in the margarine, sugar, and cinnamon. Serve hot.
