2 cups Fresh Green Beans, stemmed and cut4 Nectarines 8 oz Buffalo Mozzarella1/2 cup slivered Almonds1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- Steam green beans until slightly soft but still bright green. Drain.
Assemble & Serve:
- Slice nectarines in wedges, arrange on one side of plate.
- Add green beans
- Sprinkle almonds over beans and nectarine slices.
- Slice mozzarella into flat medallions, arrange on other side of plate.
- Drizzle balsamic over the mozzarella and serve.
