Grape Pie

Ingredients
3 cups concord grapes (skins removed and saved)1 cup sugar3 tablespoon flour1 tablespoon lemon juice9 inch pastry shellTopping:1 cup flour1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons oil
Directions
In saucepan simmer pulp for 5 minutes. Press through a sieve to remove seeds. Combine pulp and the reserved skins. Add sugar flour and lemon juice to grapes, pour into pastry shell.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over grape mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 425 (220C) for ten minutes. Reduce heat to 350 (180C) and bake for 30 minutes.
