2 serving Bell Pepper - Orange - 1 large (3 - 3.75 inches) (by GARYO12) .875 cup Hunt’s Tomato Sauce, no salt added 1.75 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added 16 oz Ground Beef (extra lean) .125 tsp Garlic powder
Boil peppers 5-6 minutes.
Brown hamburger, drain and add tomatoes, half of the tomato sauce and garlic powder.
Place peppers in baking dish & spoon in hamburger mixture.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for approx 45 mins
If desired top with cheese and return to oven uncovered until cheese is melted.
