1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Stevia in the Raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 serving Coconut Oil Organic Virgin (1 TBLS), Trader Joe's 1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
Blend up your raw cauliflower in Ninga to make it smaller than rice. I put in a 1/8 c of water and steam cook or micro wave about 6 mins till tender and soft. I empty ninja put in the 4 eggs and beat till fluffy. add in Vanilla Extract and I really use. Pure ViaŽ Vanilla Liquid for sweetening Cinnamon, 1/4 c protein powder or coconut flour. Use what you like. Blend more add cooked Cauliflower. Then in pan heat up glee clarified butter or Coconut oil. And make like regular Pancakes. Maybe cook a little slower. If you are trying to add more coconut to your diet, you can use coconut flower or extra coconut oil to batter.
