Potato Soup for Slow Cooker

Ingredients
8 large potatoes, cubed (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) 2 medium onions, chopped (2-1/2" dia)2 tbsp. margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter4 cups chicken broth2 cups water 2 tbsp parsley, dried2 cups milk, nonfat1/2 cup white flour, mixed with 2 or 3 tbsps. water1/2 tsp.cayenne pepper, or to taste1/2 tsp. paprika, or to taste1 to 2 medium slices bacon, cooked and crumbled into chunks
Directions
Place potatoes, onions, margarine, parsley, water, chicken broth, cayenne pepper, paprika, and bacon chunks in slow cooker. Cook all day, 8 to 10 hours, on LOW to MEDIUM.

30 to 60 minutes before serving; add milk and flour mixture. It is ready to serve after soup begins to thicken.
