Ingredients
1 pound pork loin, trimmed and cut into 1 inch chunks4 cloves of garlic, minced2 stalks of celery, chopped1 cup chopped onions2 cups chicken broth8 oz cream cheese 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Toss all ingredients into crock pot.
Cook on low 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
