Mixed Greens with Pecans, Pears and Goar Cheese

Ingredients
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh 1/2 cup, halves Pecans 2 cup Baby Spring Greens Mixed 1 oz Goat Cheese, Soft Dressing:2 tbsp Apple juice, unsweetened 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1/2 1tsp Olive Oil 4 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
Directions
Core pear and cut into 8 slices.
Toast pecans over medium heat until fragrant.
Combine dressing ingredients excep oil them whisk in oil. Toss the greens with dressing. Divide greens between 2 p,ates and top with the pears. Sprinkle goat cheese and pecans and serve with ham
