Rebecca's French Toast

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.25 cup Soy Milk 8 slice, large (6" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough) 3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Mix cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon mixture.
Melt butter.
Dip bread and cook each side on an electric non-stick griddle until golden brown.
