salted carmel protein cookies

Ingredients
0.25 cup Apple Sauce (Market Pantry) No Sugar Added 51 gram Caramel protein powder 51 gram Caramel protein powder 2 large Egg white, fresh 2 tbsp Organic coconut flour 1 serving Quest Protein Powder Vanilla 28 gms / 1 oz 1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda
Directions
preheat oven to 350
mix all dry ingredients together and in a separate bowl mix wet ingredients together. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients add 3/4 c sugar free chocolate chips if desired. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and spoon on cookie dough... making 11-12 cookies.
bake for 8 min
