Chuck's Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
2.0 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts2.0 tbsp Butter, salted5.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh2.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw, chopped0.1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 oz Alcohol, Wine Red (Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)0.66 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
Directions
Dredge cut up chicken breasts in flour. Melt butter in skillet and saute chicken until soft brown color begins. Add remaining ingredients and continue to cook until everything is tender and sauce has thickened. Can be eaten alone but is best poured over egg noodles.
