Asparagus and Ham Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 serving Russet Idaho Potatoe (1 Medium) (by CRAIGZEKI) 5 serving Aparagus Spears Green Giant canned (by CLWIKE32) 4 serving Ham John Morrell Diced 96% FF 2 oz. .5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 8 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
Directions
1. Pierce and micro potatoes
2. Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a large sauce pan fitted with steamer basket. Add asparagus cover and steam until tender, 2-3 minutes.
3. Combine the steamed asparagus with ham, sour cream,1/2 cup swiss cheese, 6 tbls chives, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cut off top third of tater and scoop out the flesh, add to bowl with ham mixture and gently mash together.
4. Place potato shells in a micro safe dish and evenly divide the ham mixture among them. Top each stuffed potato with 2 TBLS. of remaining cheese. micro on high until the filling is hot and the cheese is melted. Garnish with remaining chives.
