Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Baking Powder 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 144 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g) 3 tsp Vanilla Extract 48 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 3 cup, sliced Zucchini
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder. Beat eggs. Add and mix well truvia, vanilla, and oil. Add zucchini to egg mixture. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into 2 ungreased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
