Ingredients
Directions
5 serving Arnold Unseasoned Stuffing (3/4 cup) 3 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 8 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 8 oz Pork Breakfast Sausage (by JASONES) 1 tbsp Poultry seasoning 1 tsp Pepper, black .75 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
chop all veggies add to stuffing mix, add poultry seasoning and pepper, ground beef, pork sausage, eggs, and chix broth. mix well stuff the turkey put it in a deep pan and cook in a slow oven 325 degrees, covered with foil. I usually bake them 6- 7 hours until well done and meat is able to be pulled away from the bones easily. Center of stuffing should be done well and very hot. I have been making this for over 50 years and never actually took a temp. One can add a cup of chopped walnut meats or cranberries also if desired. Save the broth and make gravy with it by adding 1/4 c flour and about 1 cup milk +- to desired consistency. Also add some poultry seasoning and salt & pepper to taste.
