Ingredients
400 gram(s) Egg - Egg Land's Best Organic Eggs (1 egg = 50 grams) 4 serving Ham John Morrell Diced 96% FF 2 oz. 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1.25 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Directions
Dice all vegetables. Add to pan with eggs. Whisk all together.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool then cut.
