Forbidden Rice Cooked in Chicken Broth

Ingredients
1 cup Black (Forbidden) Rice (uncooked) (by CMCOLE) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
Directions
Bring broth, rice and herbs to a boil
Reduce heat to low, cover and allow to gently simmer for 30-40 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
