Ingredients
2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil12.0 gram Garlic cloves3.0 cup curly kale2.0 cup Great Value Chickpeas ( Garbanzos ) 1 ib bag2.0 cup Great Value Light Red Kidney Beans4.0 cup Green Giant Whole Green Beans Plain Select10.0 cup Swanson Organic Vegetable Broth3.5 cup Happy Harvest Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with seasoning1.75 cup Dakota's Pride Light Red Kidney Beans1.75 cup Dakota's Pride Chick Peas
Directions
1. Place olive oil, chopped onion, & minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker & set it to high. 2. Add carrots, garbanzo beans, tri - colored beans, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, & broth. Stir & cover. 3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 6 hours. 4. A 1/2 hour before serving, add the kale & frozen green beans. Stir & cover for 30 minutes. 5. Season with more salt & pepper if you like, but I think it tastes perfect & fresh as is. Serving Size: Makes 18 1-cup servings
