8.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon2.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sautee onions and zucchini in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. When zucchini is soft, remove from heat and puree with a stick blender or in a traditional blender.
