Easy low carb cauliflower fried rice

Ingredients
1.0 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw1.0 mushroomSeasonings: garlic, ginger, pepper, tamari, oregano, paprika, cumin to taste
Directions
Nuke the Cauliflower for 5 minutes, then rice in food processor Saute Peppers and onions with butter on medium heat. Add mushrooms Add seasonings and saute another minute or so. Mix an egg into the Cauliflower and add to pan to saute Add more tamari if needed. Then plate it up. Top with cilantro before servings
