Gluten Free Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 3 tbsp Coconut Oil .33 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Maple Syrup 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST) 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Puree all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Place 12 cup cake papers into the cup cake pan and evenly divide the batter into the papers.

Bake for 16 minutes or until the a tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into the center.

Cool and enjoy!
