124.0 gram(s) Yogurt, President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt Plain4.0 tbsp Bell Plantation PB20.25 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 cup Low fat cream cheese2.0 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Melt chocolate in microwave slowly. Let cool slightly. Line mini muffin tins with papers.
Blend sugar, cream cheese and Pb 2 with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt and blend. Add a few drops of Stevia if not sweet enough.
Blend into mixture. Next gently fold in the eggs using a spoon. Once everything is incorporated spoon about 1 tbsp into papers. Each serving is two mini cheesecakes or you can put 2 tbsp into a bigger paper and tin.
Bake for 50 minutes on 225 then turn oven off and leave tins in for 30 minutes. Cool completely for 2 hours or overnight in fridge
