Ingredients
5.44 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh5.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.69 serving Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Blueberry Yogurt, 6 oz1.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)1.0 serving Gala Apples - 1 Large (From Washington @ Wal-Mart)1.0 cup coburn farms vanilla lowfat yogurt
Directions
Slice apples. Add vanilla yogurt and half of spinach. Blend. If blender is full, dump into a pitcher and continue. Add cottage cheese, blueberry yogurt, and remaining spinach. Mix with other half of recipe if blender had been filled Serving Size: Makes 9 1-cup servings
