Blueberry Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup white flour1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup millet flour1/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup vital wheat gluten1/4 cup wheat germ3 tbsp sugar3/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup safflower oil (or vegetable oil)1/2 cup milk1 cup of water1/2 cup dried blueberries
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk together to blend.
Add the wet ingredients and mix throughly. Fold in blueberries.
Heat a griddle or pan over med-hi heat and spoon 1/4 cup of batter into pan.
Makes 12 pancakes.
