Ingredients
24 oz Ruby sensation potatoes3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 dash Salt1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 Mix Olive oil, garlic and dill in a bowl Add potatoes and toss Place potatoes on a cookie sheet Bake for 20-25 minutes Remove Potatoes from oven Sprinkle lightly with salt and drizzle with vinegar. Roll potatoes on the cookie sheet and allow 5 minutes to cool.
