Korma Chicken (w Rice)

Ingredients
0.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 small Onions, raw 3 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 2 clove Garlic 6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 0.2 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk 50 grams Trail Mix, regular 1 tbsp Garam Masala (by JACE520) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cardamom, ground 1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
1.- Make a paste by grinding the chopped onion, ginger and garlic.
2.- Add the oil into a pot, heat it up, and put in the paste, the cardamom, garam masala, and cinnamon. Toast it a bit.
3.- Add the milk, and then, the chicken. Let it cook for 20m or so.
4.- Meanwhile, cook the rice in a pot of boiling water.
5.- Once the sauce has simmered and reduced a bit, grind the trail mix and add. Add a the yogurt, stir, simmer for a few more minutes, and serve.
