2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup Green Beans (snap) 32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1.5 tbsp Corn Oil 16 tbsp Hot & Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix (by JFRYE522) 3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce reduced Sodium (by POTUS01) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 18 oz Japanese Noodles, Soba
cook noodle per package, drain. Combine water, soy, and mix in small bowl and set aside.
Half mushrooms, separate broccoli into florets, slice pepper and onions, trims bean ends. Cube or slice chicken. Brown chicken in oil in batches, set aside. Stir fry veggies in batches, add all veg and chicken to pan, adding sauce. Stir well until sauce thickens. Serve over noodles.
