Homemade Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
3 cup Whole Wheat Flour 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour10.5 tsp Granulated Sugar1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast 1 tsp Salt 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted (softened or melted)1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water (warm)1 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar 3/4 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk (warm)
Directions
Add all ingredients to bread machine, stand mixer or bowl. Mix, knead until elastic, let rise 1 hour. Shape into loaf and let rise in pan 30-60 minutes. If using a bread machine use either the whole wheat setting or normal.
