Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate Steel-Cut Oatmeal

1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 serving Trader Joes Coco Powder unsweetened, 1 Tbsp (by WIECZOREK) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
In a large bowl, combine the water, mil, vanilla. Whisk in the coco, sugar and salt.
Finally, stir in the oats. Oil the inside of your slow cooker (this prevents the oatmeal from sticking). Pour in the above mixture.
Set your slow cooker to LOW for 1-2 hours, and turn it to KEEP WARM before finally retiring to bed. In the morning, give it all a stir and feast! Top with some shaved chocolate if your feeling really decadent!
