I also marinated these for about 24 hours. At 1st I thought the marinade smelled too pungent, but it ended up being just right. The smell on the grill was great! Our first portobello sandwich and we both really liked it. Will definitely make again, and soon! - 8/26/11

I made this the other night and it was delicious. Spent 20 minutes searching to find the recipe again so I could make it for fathers day. Yum! - 6/19/11

I made this last night and it was awesome! I marinated my portobello mushroom for a good 24 hours, plus I added some McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning and it was delicious. Thanks for the good idea. - 9/7/08
