Ingredients
.5 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand 3 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard .2 cup sprigs Dill weed, fresh 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, seedless Grapes .5 cup, chopped Pecans .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 226.8 gram(s) Bibb, Boston Lettuce 226.8 g (8 oz, 1 cup) (by SANDY_H)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon zest and juice, mustard, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chicken, grapes, pecans, and green onions and season with salt and pepper. Spoon chicken salad into lettuce leaves, garnish with dill, and serve.
